Mobile for Development visited one of the Utilities Programme’s grantees, Mobisol, in Rwanda in 2014 to find out how they were getting along. There, we learn more about their successful system and its benefits to off-grid rural customers. Mobisol provides clean, solar energy along with a mobile and lantern charging accessory that allows its customers to launch micro-businesses to generate additional income.
