In 2015, Wonderkid was awarded a Mobile for Development (M4D) Utilities grant to develop and deploy a number of mobile tools for water utilities to improve the quality of their customer care and billing services. Wonderkid worked with four Kenyan water and sanitation utility companies to implement the solutions. This case studies contains the key learnings from the grant.
