This report presents the findings of a pilot conducted in partnership with Banglalink to test the mobile internet skills training and methodology. It assessed whether adoption and use of mobile internet increased among a sample of Banglalink’s customers.

Mobile has connected over 3.6 billion people to the internet, enabling rapid socio-economic development. In Bangladesh, 87% of the population use mobile. Yet, only 25% of them use mobile internet. A key reason for this is a lack of basic digital skills.
