In this session, the GSMA Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation programme, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the International Rescue Committee explored the critical importance of access to mobile technology and essential information sharing among refugees and returning migrants in Colombia, El Salvador and Honduras.
