This is the fourth issue of our new publication format, which has been designed to best capture the evolution of a fast-moving space. This publication has a wide range of stakeholders in mind, including: mobile operators and start-ups, which are at the core of our work, and that we strongly believe hold the key to large-scale impactful digital transformation; tech hubs which play a critical role in local innovation ecosystems, and have the power to promote ideas and collaboration; investors which provide the capital to help projects get off the ground and go to scale; and more broadly, this is applicable to anyone who recognises that start-ups and mobile technology are forces to be reckoned with in addressing the SDGs in a commercially sustainable manner.
