Tigo Kilimo project update: insights from the midline image

Tigo Kilimo is an agricultural value added service (Agri VAS) provided by mobile operator Tigo Tanzania since December 2012. It delivers information on agronomy, weather and market prices.

This deep dive report explores service uptake and the customer base for this service at the time of the midline in May 2014. It gives recommendations for service improvement based on quantitaive and qualitative data sources.
