Why Privacy & Security?

Mobile technology is without doubt heavily embedded in our lives – both personally and within the working environment. As organisations continue to build mobile in to their business models, the dual challenge of security and privacy becomes increasingly important. Digital security and privacy now extends past the technical or IT departments to all parts of the business including legal, compliance, operations, strategy and PR.

The GSMA is excited to bring you Mobile 360 – Privacy & Security, taking place at The Hague on 10-11 May 2016 – an event designed to explore the state of network security and data privacy today and examine best practices across a variety of industries. Attendees will be able to hear from speakers across the business spectrum involved in security and privacy and experience real life stories of the benefits of effective security.

Any organisation that is anticipating deploying mobile technology, developing new products that embeds mobile, companies contemplating BYOD, organisations with mobile apps, or companies utilising mobile commerce would be highly recommended to attend – with only a couple of weeks left, now is the time to make sure you’ve registered for this event, run in conjunction with The Hague Security Delta and the Municipality of The Hague. The Hague Security Delta (HSD) is the largest security cluster in Europe. Businesses, governments, and knowledge institutions work together on innovations and knowledge in the field of cyber security, national and urban security, protection of critical infrastructure, and forensics. They share a common goal, namely, more business activity, more jobs and a secure world.

The Mobile 360 – Privacy & Security conference will include a combination of keynote presentations, panel discussions, technology demonstrations and in-depth case studies featuring speakers from across the business and industry spectrum. Attendees will be able to participate in a range of sessions on privacy and security with executives from a wide range of industry organisations including
