IR.37 is the specification of End-to-end Functional Capability tests relating to the international roaming of a Mobile Station, belonging to a home PLMN (a), to and within a visited PLMN (b) in case of Support of Optimal Routing (SOR). The tests specified in this document do not replace the End-to-end Functionality Capability [IREG PRD IR.24].
