MWC Shanghai to return to the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC) and Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai, welcoming exhibitors, partners, sponsors and speakers from around the world <\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

23 June 2024, Shanghai<\/strong>: The GSMA shared an update about speakers and global companies participating in GSMA MWC Shanghai 2024<\/a>, during a pre-event press conference hosted today.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on stage, CEO of GSMA Ltd., John Hoffman, and Head of Greater China at the GSMA, Sihan Bo Chen, revealed first-time exhibitors Amazon Web Services, Bharti Airtel, iFLYTEK, NIO, Shanghai Spacecom Satellite Technology and Xiaomi. The GSMA also celebrates the return of exhibitors and sponsors from countries such as China, Germany, India, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the UK and the US. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returning exhibitors and sponsors include China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Broadnet, AMD, CICT, Fraunhofer ISS, H3C, HONOR, Huawei, Lenovo, Metalenz, Qualcomm, Rohde & Schwarz, STMicroelectronics, XReal, ZTE and ZTT.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The press conference was hosted ahead of the GSMA-China Telecom Open Gateway Hackathon which begins on 25 June, the day before MWC, under the hackathon theme of Infinite Innovation, Connected Convergence. Leading software developers will compete over 48 hours to transform the capabilities of telecoms services into innovative solutions for business and social impact. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Day 3 of MWC Shanghai at the Open Gateway DevCon<\/a>, which will showcase the rising potential of network APIs through keynotes, case studies and demonstrations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
