Regional Interest Group Meetings

The North America Regional Interest Group (RIG) is made up of experts from across the region’s mobile industry and its ecosystem. The RIG meets quarterly to discuss themes in mobile technology, among them Mobile Identity, Embedded SIM, Connected Living and M2M Verticals. The Regional Interest Group’s role is to develop solutions for the demands of the industry and to collectively develop the future of the industry together. The GSMA has created regional working groups to address topics such as standards, networks, RCS, and many other concerning mobile concepts.

Next North America Regional Interest Group Meeting – Sept 10-13, 2019.

Our next GSMA North America meeting will be held on Sept 10-13, 2019 (Mon-Thu) at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel in Newport Beach, CA.

The theme of our last meeting in Chicago was “Network Slicing for Verticals”. The working groups will meet Tuesday-Thursday and the CTO AG meeting will be held Friday. All delegates are encouraged to attend.
