Services and Standards

The GSMA NA Services group addresses service related issues as they apply to North America. Recent topics include RCS, Mobile Payments, Mobile Identity, IOT and M2M Numbering and Addressing issues.  Going forward, the group will be covering 5G services, Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) services, etc.

The GSMA NA Standards group reports on 3GPP, OMA and ATIS WTSC standards activities. Used as a platform for proactive advancement of NA positions in standards bodies.  Open consensus building is used to pursue resolution of key issues prior to standards meetings.​
