Instructions to take the RAI maturity self-assessment

  1. Familiarise yourself with the different dimensions and sub-dimensions
  2. For each sub-dimension:
    • Read the criteria for all four maturity levels
    • Select a maturity level only if you fulfil ALL criteria for that level AND the preceding maturity levels
      • If cells are blank under Foundational, select Evolving only if all criteria for that level are fully met; otherwise, choose Foundational
      • If cells are 'N/A' under Performing, select Advanced only if all criteria for that level are fully met; otherwise, choose Evolving
    • Select the appropriate maturity level column
      • Note: all sub-dimensions must be assessed (no blank rows). If you are unsure between two maturity levels, choose the lower level
  3. Upon completing the assessment, please refer to the 'Results' tab for assessment summary
    • Note: Recommendations are auto-generated. Please use as a starting point and tailor next steps to your situation
    • If you require a PDF copy of your results, use the print button on the results page and select the option to 'save as PDF'.

Once started you can import and export your data to resume or view a previous assessments, resetting will remove all your assessment data.
