Challenge<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, around 5% of Brazilians (8 million) claimed to have been victims of identity theft and fraud, representing growth of 1.2% versus 2022. Another 19% claim to have \u201cprobably\u201d or \u201cpossibly\u201d fallen victim to this type of scam. Fraud involving the use of identity to open an account by a scammer is the most concerning among Brazilians (34%).59<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

GSMA Open Gateway is a common, open framework between operators to make it easier for developers and cloud providers to build safer apps and services that seamlessly communicate with each other and work for all devices and customers. This is achieved through single access points to mobile networks, known as APIs.
