With this in mind, the GSMA devised two frameworks to assess the sustainability performance of mobile operators and understand their interactions with society; The GSMA Sustainability Assessment Framework and the ESG Metrics for Mobile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This report analyses the latest data collected through these frameworks to understand the landscape and progress of operator efforts in social and environmental sustainability.
