Many GSMA members have committed to managing these risks in a manner aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP), or are members of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), which commits participants to implementing principles relating to labour and human rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Against this backdrop, the GSMA initiated an internal learning project in 2025 to examine the challenges its members face in identifying and managing supply chain social risks.
