The Principles address the changes needed to ensure that diversity and inclusion advance in these groups, and outline best practice examples to support other organisations in the tech sector that would like to contribute to the #ChangeTheFace initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Alliance was launched alongside the UN General Assembly earlier this year and builds on the #ChangetheFace campaign by fostering the exchange of learnings, insights and collaboration around common objectives within the tech industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on this exciting development, GSMA Chief Regulatory Officer and OneGSMA Co-Sponsor John Giusti said: \u201cThe mobile industry is united behind a common purpose of Intelligently Connecting Everyone and Everything to a Better Future. Because everyone means everyone, the GSMA and the broader mobile ecosystem are striving to advance diversity and inclusivity. This commitment is reflected in our external partnerships, including Generation Equality, EQUALS Global Partnership for Gender Equality in the Digital Age (which we co-founded), the UN Women Empowerment Principles, and the Inclusive Employers Network, as well as our internal commitments through the OneGSMA employee-led Forum.
