Mobile\noperators, can support organisations to disseminate online content that meets\nthe learning and educational needs of children of all ages. They can also promote the use\nof ICT in education and help to bridge the digital divide by using e-learning\nto create new opportunities for children. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, mobile technology can support education professionals by enabling them to connect to new tools and online networks so they can improve their teaching outcomes.
