With a right to family reunification and the special protection granted to a refugee child, mobile technology can connect migrant, refugee and displaced children to vital aid and help them to stay in touch with their families. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobile operators can provide portable solutions for network coverage and device charging. They can offer online access to learning materials so that uprooted children can continue their education, and provide mobile financial services to displaced families.
