Digital Infrastructure Policy

Governments recognise the importance of reliable, resilient, leading-edge digital infrastructure to power the economy and connect all of society. The best policies can incentivise investment, remove barriers to innovation and bring disparate players together under a common vision — accelerating society’s journey towards the next technological era. The GSMA advocates for evidence-based policies that align with industry interests and advance governments’ strategic priorities. We do this by generating timely research and analysis to support government decision-making, and by engaging on topics related to infrastructure policy, such as digital economy, infrastructure investment, policy readiness and fiscal frameworks.
