The Service Provider checks are applied at critical points in customer lifecycle management, for instance when a user changes the address associated to their bank account. More intrusive identity checks can be applied to users that cannot be verified seamlessly.\u200b<br>\u200b<br>By integrating data from the following API, the system can verify the user&#8217;s identity without requiring intrusive checks:\u200b<br><strong>Know Your Customer Match:<\/strong> The API detects whether the Address held by the MNO matches for example, the address change requested at the bank\u200b<br><strong>Number Verification: <\/strong>The API detects whether the customer is in possession of the new phone number they wish to associate to their bank
