However, like many in the industry, much of this has traditionally relied on proprietary systems. The challenge? Limited interoperability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open initiatives such as <strong>GSMA Open Gateway<\/strong> and the broader work within <strong>GSMA Fusion<\/strong> are helping to change that by enabling standardised APIs that can work seamlessly across ecosystems unlocking greater flexibility for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-moving-beyond-proof-of-concept\">Moving Beyond Proof of Concept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While proof of concepts (PoCs) have demonstrated what\u2019s possible, the real value lies in moving toward pilot deployments in real-world environments.
