The event\u2019s robust agenda covered technologies and strategies reshaping the industrial landscape, including AI, automation, connectivity, sustainability, and workforce innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key trend: The rise of connectivity providers in industrial transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A notable shift at this year’s summit was the increased visibility and contributions of mobile network operators (MNOs), system integrators, and connectivity solution providers (CSPs). Companies like SCC and Ericsson played a central role, hosting a case study session and a roundtable focusing on wireless technologies and cellular connectivity. This trend highlights the realization that connectivity is the foundational digital infrastructure needed for manufacturing transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s summit provided an excellent opportunity to engage directly with some GSMA members, including several familiar faces from the Connected Manufacturing and Production Community. Gathering MNOs, enterprises, and technology partners, the Forum not only seeks to accelerate adoption but also fosters valuable connections among long-standing community members. The community\u2019s ongoing priorities remain understanding business requirements, forging innovative collaborations, and, crucially, tackling challenges to digital transformation in the industrial sector.
