These are intended to reduce the cost of developing and deploying EM solutions through economies of scale by introducing common design guidelines for new embedded modules.<\/p>\n<p>This document also addresses sector-specific use-case needs in each of the following priority verticals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mAutomotive<\/li>\n<li>mEducation<\/li>\n<li>mHealth<\/li>\n<li>mUtilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Release 3.0 of the Embedded Mobile Guidelines, completed in March 2012, builds upon earlier releases by adding or updating content in the areas of application programming interfaces (APIs), network management aspects, and in each of the priority vertical sectors.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"download\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/solutions-and-impact\/technologies\/internet-of-things\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/GSMA-Whitepaper-Embedded-Mobile-Guidelines-Release_3.doc\" target=\"_blank\">Download here<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Embedded Mobile Guidelines Release 3 (Network Aspects)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Network Aspects extract from the full Embedded Mobile Guidelines Release 3 contains information and recommendations related to network aspects of managing EM devices in mobile networks.
