This paper is based on the results of that research. It is divided into three sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consumer perceptions of RCS:<\/strong> reactions to a\u00a0sample of RCS Business Messaging use cases, understanding why consumers are excited by RCS,\u00a0and reactions to RCS\u2019 features<\/li>\n<li><strong>State of play of the RCS market:<\/strong> an overview of the\u00a0current state of the global RCS market<\/li>\n<li><strong>Immediate opportunities in the RCS Business\u00a0Messaging market:<\/strong> a high-level overview of the opportunities presented by RCS Business\u00a0Messaging with specific reference to mobile\u00a0operators, brands and aggregators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consumers are overwhelmingly excited about what RCS has to offer. Nearly 80% of consumers find RCS appealing and over 70% say RCS would make them more likely to want to communicate with a brand.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
