However, application of the technology has increased in recent years as the technology has evolved, with use cases around network quality and performance improvement emerging as a key focus area. SK Telecom\u2019s move demonstrates progress in this area and the opportunity for operators to realise AI-driven efficiencies amid rising cost pressures from the deployment of 5G.
