Economic Benefits of the Digital Dividend for Latin America

This study provides decision makers in Latin American countries with a quantitative and qualitative estimation of the social and economic benefits of a prospective allocation of the Digital Dividend spectrum for the provision of mobile broadband services. It is based on a detailed analysis of five countries in the Latin American region (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru), from which results for the rest of the continent are extrapolated.
