The GSMA visited Delhi in June to meet with key stakeholders including member operators, the airport authority and DoT Secretary, at a WRC-15 preparatory workshop organised by the ITU/APT foundation of India. The GSMA also participated in the South Asian Telecommunication Regulators’ Council (SATRC) working group meeting on Spectrum to discuss WRC-15 priorities and particularly the the importance of identifying four new mobile bands.
