In this session, we will learn effective ways for mobile operators and startups to create the ideal environment to maximise the chances of running a successful pilot program. Key areas to be explored will include: setting clear goals and objectives, creating the right operating model and managing expectations.

Alexander is responsible for Scouting and Partnerships activities in MTS StartUp Hub, a venture arm of MTS PJSC, leading Russian telecom services provider. MTS StartUp Hub is fully committed to select, pilot and roll out a startups’ products in MTS. Established in March 2018 MTS StartUp Hub conducted 33 pilots and chosen 16 best cases for rolling out. Prior to MTS StartUp Hub Alexander worked for several VCs and one of the Russian leading Venture Builders. Also he had been leading R&D projects in field of hardware & electronics for 5 years and was many times granted for this activity.
