Every year, companies spend billions of dollars testing new products and solutions in an effort to cut costs, improve the customer experience, increase revenue, reduce churn and strengthen loyalty, to name a few. Unfortunately – for various reasons- only a fraction of these pilot programs advance beyond the experiment phase costing companies billions of dollars.
As part of our ongoing efforts to drive innovation within our industry, we will be hosting a series of webinars in collaboration with 4YFN discussing topics relevant to Startups, Corporate Innovation Leaders and Investors. Featuring speakers from across the industry, we will explore ways for mobile operators and startups to set up, run and commercialise pilot programs. The webinar series commences July 2019 and will carry through the remainder of the year.
