The GSMA Connected Society programme expresses support for a new bill designed to amend telecoms legislation in Mozambique to oblige operators to share their infrastructure. The proposed bill is looking to enhance competition, through unified licensing, to promote infrastructure sharing and to promote quality of service for a broader section of society.
