In January the GSMA attended the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Regional Economic and Financial Forum of Telecommunications/ICTs for Africa. During the Forum, the GSMA delivered two presentations on Spectrum Award Best Practice and on Impacts of regulation on Mobile Money growth, and shared considerations on barriers to access and affordability of mobile services.
