This industry workshop held on 19 October 2018 at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Dar es Salaam was attended by 33 participants including government officials from the Ministry of Communications, the regulator (TCRA), security agencies (National Police, Cybercrime Unit), representatives from virtually all mobile operators (Airtel, Benson Informatics, Halotel, Smart Telecom, Tigo, TTCL, Vodacom and Zantel) and related Group (Millicom and Vodacom).
