Google Home Session

In partnership with CANTO, GSMA North America hosted thirty female students between ages 15-18 yrs old were introduced to the components of a computer (Raspberry Pi) & the construction of connected device (Alexa/Google home) at the workshop. The first half of the session was the physical assembly of the Google Home with the use of the Raspberry Pi. After the assembly, the girls programmed and personalized their Google Homes through desktop computers with the Google Cloud Platform.
