The GSMA and the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy collaboration

Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia among countries with active tech hubs in MENA
Since our first research on the topic in 2016, the tech ecosystems in North America have significantly expanded. African tech start-ups alone have raised 53% more funding in 2017 compared to 2016. Our new research carried out in early 2018, shows that Egypt now has 34 tech hubs, Morocco 25, and Tunisia 17.
