Quratulain Chaudhary

Quratulain Chaudhary is a dynamic banking leader with over 13 years of experience driving financial inclusion, sustainability, and social equity across Pakistan. As Vice President and Head of Women’s Financial Services and Advocacy at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL), she has led national initiatives that have transformed access to finance for marginalized and underserved populations.

A passionate champion for gender diversity, youth empowerment, and climate action, Quratulain has traveled extensively across Pakistan to conduct high-impact financial literacy and capacity-building programs. Her training efforts have empowered thousands—including women, university students, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and members of the transgender community—equipping them with the tools to participate in and thrive within the formal financial ecosystem.

Her visionary leadership led to the launch of the WIN Incubator, MMBL’s flagship initiative that nurtures women-led startups and accelerates their integration into the digital economy. She has also been instrumental in designing inclusive financial products with a gender and sustainability lens—ensuring accessibility, equity, and environmental responsibility remain core to product development.

Renowned for her ability to forge impactful cross-sector partnerships, Quratulain has successfully collaborated with global institutions such as UN Women, USAID, GSMA, World Bank, and Karandaaz, advancing shared goals around women’s economic empowerment and financial resilience.

In recognition of her contributions, she was honored with the Digital Leadership Award at GSMA APAC 360 in Seoul, a testament to her influence as a regional changemaker. She also served as a distinguished panelist at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute’s SDC2024, sharing insights on bridging the gender gap in digital banking and e-commerce.
