Open to licensed mobile network operators, satellite operators, aircraft operators, maritime operators and telecommunications administrative/ regulatory bodies using a GSM family technology. 

Industry
membership

Open to companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including equipment vendors, device manufacturers and software companies (as well as organisations​ using mobile connectivity ​to create better services).​ 

Rapporteur membership

Open to non-GSM licensed operators moving to LTE/HSPA, fixed wireless/wireless local loop operators, M2M operators, mobile virtual network operators and wholesale network operators. 

Community
membership

Open to technology adopters and providers from key sectors such as fintech, manufacturing, NTN, smart mobility, private networks, IoT and Mobile AI.
