Accessing Member Gateway

To request access, please complete the Online Request Form.

Your organisation’s Membership Information Manager (MIM), the designated contact for GSMA membership matters, will review this and you will receive an email notification once approved.

Login Process

Once access has been approved, you can log in to Member Gateway.

Member Gateway uses Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, allowing you to sign in using your organisation’s credentials (“Bring Your Own Identity”).

When accessing the platform:
• Sign in with your organisation’s login details.
• Follow your organisation’s authentication process (if applicable).
• Complete a secondary Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step.

Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To ensure secure access to both GSMA and your organisation’s assets, Member Gateway requires MFA using apps such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or an equivalent.

Steps to set up MFA

  1. Sign in using your organisation’s login credentials and complete any required authentication steps.
  2. Install an MFA app (Microsoft Authenticator is recommended) on your mobile or tablet device.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions on both your computer and mobile device to complete setup.
  4. Review and accept the Member Gateway Terms of Use to access your dashboard.

Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

If you’re experiencing issues with MFA, such as not receiving prompts after changing your mobile device, you can reset your MFA to restore secure access.

Accessing Roaming Gateway

To log in to Roaming Gateway:

  1. Request access to Member Gateway and log in.
  2. Navigate to ‘My Roles’ and request the appropriate Roaming Gateway role.
  3. Access levels vary by feature—roles include Admin and Read Only. Features available in Roaming Gateway include:
    IOT, IR21, OpData, RPI, TD13, and TS25.
  4. Your request will be reviewed by your organisation’s Membership Information Manager (MIM) and you’ll be notified of the outcome via email.
  5. Once approved, log in to Member Gateway and follow the link to Roaming Gateway to begin exploring the platform.

Finding Your Member ID

To locate your Member ID:

  1. Log in to Member Gateway.
  2. Click on Member Organisations.
  3. Select your organisation and scroll to the Organisation Information section.
  4. Your Member ID will be displayed, it consists of up to six alphanumeric characters.
