Our mission

Our multi-disciplinary team of more than 30 staff spread across the region, focuses on the promotion and execution of the GSMA’s global programmes, advocacy initiatives and priorities at the regional level.  The GSMA’s key activities are Mobile for Development (M4D) initiatives, public policy engagements, coordination of regional interest groups and member services.

We facilitate industry consensus, increase the global impact of our partners, empower sustainable development and work closely with the wider ecosystem through our international events like MWC Barcelona and MWC Kigali.
