Alex Sinclair, Chief Technology Officer, GSMA and Gulnara Hasyanova, Executive Director, LTE Union, a non-profit organization working to foster mobile network deployment within the Russian Federation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at MWC Shanghai 2018. The agreement will see both parties work together to facilitate the implementation of future mobile networks by exchanging information and promoting a common approach to the adoption of new technologies, standards and frameworks. It will also cover the use of spectrum bands for mobile networks and the regulatory framework for mobile network operators.
