Digitec Communications Limited, trading as Vodafone PNG, was incorporated as a private limited liability company in July 2018 in Papua New Guinea. It is a subsidiary of Fiji’s principal telecommunications holding company, Amalgamated Telecom Holdings (ATH) Limited, and its partner Austel Investment Pty Limited. The company will be offering a diverse range of services including mobile voice and broadband internet services.
