New GSMA members deliver voice and messaging solutions, digital payments and trust, and 5G connectivity designed for enterprises

Even in the age of 5G, voice and messaging are fundamental applications of mobile networks. Indeed, many businesses continue to rely heavily on operators’ communications channels to interact with customers. Two new GSMA members – Beox and Qoolize – help to facilitate these interactions across much of the globe.
For more than two decades, Beox has focused on combining technical precision with a spirit of collaboration to help enterprises and operators build secure and “human-centred” communication networks that will keep people and businesses seamlessly connected.
“Joining the GSMA is a strategic milestone for Beox as we continue expanding our global ecosystem of partnerships,” says Alexandra Nepochataya, Operations Director of Beox. “We believe that sustainable growth in the telecom industry is only possible through collaboration, transparency, and innovation. As a GSMA member, we are committed to strengthening connections worldwide and shaping the future of secure, reliable communication.”
Serving enterprises and OTTs in more than 150 countries, Qoolize delivers advanced global SMS and messaging solutions, complemented by voice services, embedded SIMs (eSIM) and an internet connectivity management platform. The company also fosters partnerships with mobile network operators (MNOs) and aggregators of all sizes worldwide.
Qoolize says its “next-generation, zero-hop infrastructure” empowers enterprises to communicate securely, effortlessly and without borders. “Joining the GSMA represents a significant milestone in Qoolize’s global growth journey,” adds Metin Şahin, Managing Director of Qoolize. “We value GSMA’s role in uniting industry leaders to advance connectivity standards and collaboration. Through this membership, Qoolize aspires to foster strategic connections, share expertise, and actively contribute to crafting a more connected, secure and inventive digital future.”
Enabling commerce across mobile networks
As well as ensuring voice and messaging services work across networks, the GSMA supports the interoperability of mobile money services – the secure transfer of funds via mobile networks. InTouch, another new GSMA member, has a deep interest in this field. For the past 10 years, InTouch has been supporting omnichannel payments across 27 countries in Africa, providing tailored payment solutions and access to more than 400 digital services.
Serving more than 4,000 customers and 60,000 “TouchPoints”, InTouch says it has processed nearly US$15 billion to date. “Joining the GSMA allows InTouch to actively contribute to shaping the future of mobile money interoperability across Africa,” explains Omar Cisse, CEO of InTouch. “Through this membership, we aim to collaborate with ecosystem partners to advance cross-border digital payments, enhance regulatory harmonisation, and promote inclusive access to secure, interoperable financial services for all.”
Mobile networks can also be employed to support digital identification and authentication. SecureG, which has also just joined the GSMA, provides public key infrastructure (PKI) encryption for critical networks and infrastructure, to establish digital trust and security for non-human identities (NHIs), which are used to execute automated machine-to-machine operations. With a focus on certificate analytics, crypto agility, and supply chain traceability,
In the US, SecureG is the Certificate Authority for the Branded Calling ID ecosystem, which enables businesses to add a display name, logo and call reason to outbound voice calls made to mobile phones. “Security and interoperability are essential for building a robust and thriving network ecosystem,” notes Damon Kachur, CEO at SecureG. “By participating in organisations, such as GSMA, industries unite to address complex challenges and work collectively toward a safer, better world. SecureG’s membership in GSMA enables us to share our expertise and actively support these important initiatives.”
