This whitepaper discusses the implementation options for remote monitoring solutions and the key requirements for these types of solutions are identified. From these requirements a reference architecture for mobile health connected devices is developed, along with an attempt to draw out the key assets from a mobile operator network that can be leveraged to provide enhanced mHealth solutions.
