He has 25 years of experience as compliance, technology policy, and regulatory affairs counsel, Data Protection Officer, AI responsibility leader, capacity building leader, and Non-Executive Director in global systems integrator, consulting, and not-for-profit organisations. 

Noris holds LLB (Hons), LLM in Information Technology & Telecommunications Laws, CIPP/A, PC.dp and Scenario Planning, University of Oxford.
