Recruiting Hackers from India

The India Mobile Congress GSMA Open Gateway Hackathon is looking for hackers, developers, students and entrepreneurs who want to change the World.

The Hackathon will be online and run for approximately 3 months.

The ten short-listed teams will be invited to attend the India Mobile Congress (IMC26) in Delhi to pitch their prototypes to senior executives from the Indian telecommunications and technology industries in a “Dragon’s Den” style final. The winners will be presented their prizes at IMC In Delhi.

Cash Prizes

The Hackathon will offer generous cash prizes to the top three winning teams.

Mentors & Judges

The GSMA would like to invite members from the India and APAC regions to volunteer as mentors, to help guide the teams to develop technically sophisticated solutions that have an immediate application within the region, as well as a judging panel of senior telecoms executives who are able to support the shortlisted teams’ pitches and review their prototypes.
