张万春先生，1999年加入中兴通讯股份有限公司，参与CDMA、WiMAX、LTE、Pre5G、5G等多个无线系统产品研发，张万春先生带领中兴通讯无线产品研发团队，在3G、4G、5G领域为无线产品发展做出重大贡献，推出Pre5G产品，在全球树立技术领先标志。在标准预研、无线核心技术，基础平台、源技术、质量管理、研发敏捷/精益模式等方面不断创新、持续改进。张万春先生在无线通讯领域具有丰富经验，先后获得“国家科学技术进步奖特等奖”，“中国通讯学会科学技术一等奖”、“国家科技进步二等奖”、“深圳市高层次专业人才”等殊荣。

Mr. Wanchun Zhang joined ZTE in 1999, and has been engaged in the research and development of CDMA, WiMAX, LTE, Pre5G, and 5G products, making outstanding contributions to the development of ZTE’s wireless products with his team. His team launched innovative Pre5G products, underpinning ZTE’s rise as a global leader in the field. He continues to innovate in standard pre-research, wireless core technology, basic platform, source technology, quality management, and R&D agility. Mr. Wanchun Zhang has extensive experience in the field of wireless communication. He has won the “National Science and Technology Progress Award Special Award”, first prize of“China Communications Society Science and Technology”, second prize of“National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize” and “Shenzhen High-level Professional Talents”.
