This GSMA Open Gateway Technical Realisation Guideline document serves as an essential resource for stakeholders – including MNOs, service aggregators, and technology partners – who are involved in deploying and utilising the GSMA Open Gateway. This guideline outlines the required steps, best practices, and technical specifications necessary for successful implementation and utilisation of the GSMA Open Gateway.

This version defines new guidance on performance metrics and management considerations for Aggregation, Federation and direct integration models, an introduction to JWT Bearer flow, initial considerations for non-subscriber related API call routing, recommended deployment considerations for the Multi-tenanted MVNOs model and the considerations and implications of roaming on service API behaviour and availability as well as the handling service API calls in roaming scenarios.

As part of the guidelines Telco Finder related API-Specifications are outlined in Annex A. For ease of use, these API- Specifications are also provided as OpenAPI compliant yaml files.
