The #ChangeTheFace Alliance is an industry-wide partnership uniting global technology companies, consultancy firms, NGOs and industry bodies to collaborate and drive collective action and progress on diversity and inclusion across the wider tech industry. 

It was recently integrated with the GSMA’s Connectivity for Good programme and brings together two movements with a shared mission: to build a technology and telecoms sector that truly reflects the diversity of the world it serves. This builds on the GSMA’s existing work to advance inclusion across the mobile ecosystem, and it aims to create a stronger global platform for collaboration, scale and lasting industry impact.
