How do I apply for a vacancy?
You can make an application directly on our website. When applying you do not need to submit a cover letter, although they are welcome. We recommend that you take time to make sure that your application showcases how you meet the requirements outlined in the job description of the role that you are applying for. Educational history is not a requirement to join the GSMA. We’re excited to learn more about you and how your experience and skills can bring fresh energy to the team.
Can I apply for multiple jobs or re-apply for roles I’ve interviewed for in the past?
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of roles that you can apply to. We recommend that you limit your applications to roles that are truly of interest and match your skills and experience.
What is the application deadline?
You can find our application deadlines in our job advert. For some vacancies, we have open-ended deadlines and accept applications on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply for roles sooner rather than later.
When will I receive an update about my application?
We endeavour to provide updates on application statuses as soon as possible. On average you will hear from us within a few weeks after the role closes. Occasionally this may take longer but rest assured that we will update you.
Is remote work or an alternative work location an option?
Location options for the role can be found in the job description. Depending on the role and its requirements, we offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working.
