When will I hear back following my final interview?

We will do our best to get back to you with a decision as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days. At times it can take a little longer, but we endeavour to keep you in the loop throughout.

What does your compensation package look like?

Our GSMA Talent Partners are the experts here and will be best placed to take you through this during the recruitment process. Please do ask any questions you may have.

How will I receive my offer?

In most cases, your Talent Partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to discuss the offer verbally. They are then on hand to answer any questions you may have. 

What happens once I’ve accepted an offer?

Once you notify us that you wish to proceed with the offer, you will receive a formal offer letter through our recruitment system, Workday, outlining all the details you’ve discussed, and the onboarding process begins.

Where can I see what benefits I will be entitled to?

We will send you a copy of the benefits package at the same time as your offer letter via Workday (our recruitment platform). Our benefits vary country by country and you can see details of this on the benefits page. 

Do you supply employees with a work laptop and/or phone?

Yes. Your Talent Partner will ask you what your preferences are once you have accepted the offer. This is subject to availability and location restrictions.

What does your onboarding process look like?

This varies depending on the capacity you will working with us. Permanent and fixed- term employees will work directly with our People Operations team. They will send you your employment contract for review/signature, manage your background screening checks and ensure you are all set for your first day of work.

For those joining us as a short-term contractor, you will engage with us via a third-party company and your Talent Partner will explain this process to you when the verbal offer is given.

Will I work from home or in the office?

We currently work on hybrid basis. Your Talent Partner is on hand to talk you through this further and answer any specific questions you may have.
