The GSMA travelled to Kinshasa on 11-15 April, to meet with Government stakeholders to discuss SIM registration and taxation related matters. The team presented the key findings of the recent GSMA/Deloitte report and discussed future actions to ensure mobile growth in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
